Thien made my stay amazing! She was like a personal assistant. The location's fab with attractions just a short walk away. Just wish the pillows were softer. 😅

I had an exceptional stay in the Superior Double or Twin Room, enjoying a wonderfully clean atmosphere and an incredibly comfortable bed. The attentive staff truly impressed me. Emily and Susi went above and beyond, handling our airport transports and suggesting the best local tours. The delicious breakfast included fresh Vietnamese dishes, making each morning a delightful culinary experience.

My stay at Shining Central Hotel & Spa was delightful. The staff, especially Emily, were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to assist with everything, including arranging a lovely birthday surprise for me. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially Thien, who helped us check in at 2 am without a hitch! The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the rooms had excellent air conditioning. Plus, the laundry service was super quick! The location made it easy to stroll to nearby attractions.

The rooftop bar offers stunning views, perfect for sipping cocktails while taking in the cityscape. The complimentary cocktail on Monday was a nice touch, even if the service felt stretched thin due to a lack of bartenders.

The smell of sewerage hit us every time we entered one of the connecting rooms, which made for an unpleasant experience. Hot water in one room constantly ran out, forcing us to share a bathroom for showers. Additionally, noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, impacting our comfort, and navigating to the breakfast area and rooftop bar required climbing two flights of stairs, which could pose issues for guests with mobility challenges.

my stay was truly enjoyable, with the hotel just a few steps from delicious dining options like Little India and only about 500 meters from the beautiful Lake of the Restored Sword, making it simple to explore the city's vibrant scene on foot.

Had an awesome time with friends! The staff were super friendly, and we loved the breakfast options. Definitely check out the Luxury Amazing Sails tour for some stunning views and local experiences. Another highlight was cycling through the city’s hidden gems, which gave us a real taste of local life.

The Wi-Fi could be better in the rooms. it was a bit weak compared to the lobby.
